Bill Belichick, an American football coach, is the head coach of the North Carolina Tar Heels. He holds several coaching records, including the most Super Bowl wins (six) while he was the head coach of the New England Patriots and two more while he was the defensive coordinator of the New York Giants, for a total of eight Super Bowl wins while he was both coach and coordinator. Under Belichick, the Patriots won 17 AFC East division titles, participated in 13 AFC Championship Games, and made nine Super Bowl trips, including a record six wins.
