Peyton Manning’s First Denver Residence
In 2012, Payton Manning spent about $4.6 million on a two-story mansion in the posh Cherry Hills Village area, just south of the Colorado Capitol. Nestled behind a wrought-iron fence on a gated 3.37-acre site, this large Georgian-style mansion boasts approximately 16,500 square feet of living space with seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms.
Some of the features of the mansion include: An excellent wine cellar, a billiards room, a traditional wood-paneled office, two custom cherry wood dressing rooms off the main suite, a barbecue patio, several wood-burning fireplaces, an elevator, and a seven-car garage.
This seems to be Peyton's principal residence, and he continues to maintain it. The quarterback actually stated in 2022 that he couldn't see himself relocating anytime soon. “Kids come into play. Ashley and I had kids as we got out here to Denver,” Peyton explained. “They’re in school. Moving’s a pain in the butt. Denver’s a great city, and I have a connection here.”
Peyton Manning’s Second Denver Residence
The New Orleans native added a second home in the Denver region to his real estate holdings in 2023 when he spent about $5.3 million on an approximately 3,500-square-foot house near his main Cherry Hills property, according to the Denver Post.
According to a source who spoke to the website, Peyton planned to use the residence for business rather than personal purposes.
