Jeanty attended Lone Star High School in Frisco, Texas. During his high school career, as a senior, Ashton rushed for 1,843 yards with 41 total touchdowns before he provided his commitment to the Boise, Idaho-based university. He played in all 14 games in addition to starting in 2 games. Ashton ended the year with 821 yards on 156 carries with seven touchdowns, according to his college roster.
