Rhea Ripley has won three and lost two matches at WrestleMania. She has only competed in five WrestleMania matches. Throughout her WrestleMania journey, she has participated in one tag team encounter and three singles matches, showcasing her abilities as a formidable competitor on wrestling's grandest stage. At WrestleMania 36, Rhea Ripley faced Charlotte Flair for the NXT Women's Championship, where Flair emerged victorious. The next year at WrestleMania 37, Ripley won the Raw Women's Championship after defeating Asuka.

At WrestleMania 38, Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan engaged in a fatal four-way tag battle for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships, but Sasha Banks and Naomi came out victorious. Regarding WrestleMania 39, Ripley got another chance against Charlotte Flair for the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship, and Ripley prevailed this time. The next year, she defended her title against Becky Lynch and won the match.

Rhea Ripley won the title at WrestleMania 40 after dominating the women's division the entire year, following her victory against Charlotte Flair at the previous event.
