The Las Vegas Aces are reaping the rewards of a perfect rebuild after going through a playoff drought from 2015 to 2018. In these years, the Aces drafted Kelsey Plum in 2017, A’ja Wilson in 2018, and Jackie Young in 2019. After losing the 2020 WNBA Finals, the Aces signed Chelsea Gray as a free agent and went on to win back-to-back championships in 2022 and 2023.

The Aces are the firm favorites to win the WNBA title in 2025 after missing out in 2024. They are just one win away from reaching another WNBA final as of 27th September 2025.
