Draymond Green has opened up about his exchange with Victor Wembanyama during the game between the Golden State Warriors and San Antonio Spurs on Friday. Green shared details of what happened and how the poster dunk changed things in the Warriors' 109-108 win.
On the recent episode of "The Draymond Green Show," the Warriors star enjoyed his intense but short back-and-forth with Wembanyama. He liked what he saw from the young Spurs big man and gave him his flowers for being an elite talent. He had nothing but praise for the "Alien" and his ascent to superstardom.
"By the way, when I told him he's too little, I said, 'You f**ing scared of me,' Green said. "He's like, 'What? I ain't f**ing scared. I'm not scared of you. All right, watch this.' And then the play happened right after I told him, 'You scared of me,' so that was a fun a** moment."

"It was great to see him respond and not back down. That's how you gain your respect, and listen, man, respect earned. I think the young fella, obviously, we all know how special he is, but I think the thing that I'm most impressed about is his work ethic. And I know his work ethic is insane because I know how much better he's gotten since the last time I played him."
Draymond Green added that if Victor Wembanyama's dunk counted, the Golden State Warriors would have lost their momentum and eventually the game. Luckily for the Warriors, the referees called a foul on the floor, and the basket wasn't official. Nevertheless, it was still caught on camera for fans to celebrate.
Draymond Green got into another altercation in the following game

While Draymond Green and calm don't go hand-in-hand, the Golden State Warriors star got into another altercation in their next game. Green got into a fan's face for heckling during their matchup against the New Orleans Pelicans.
The four-time NBA champ was not a fan of being called Angel Reese, so he went up to the fan named Sam Green. Players and officials were quick to pull Draymond away, with the referees issuing a warning to the fan.
Things de-escalated quickly, as the Warriors earned an easy 124-106 win over the Pelicans. Green told reporters after the game that he initially found the insult funny, but the fan kept repeating it. He was not a fan of being called a woman repeatedly.
