The Golden State Warriors have introduced a new version of the Splash Brothers, and this time the duo is literally related, as the team brought in Seth Curry to join Steph Curry in hopes of boosting its offense. And Ayesha Curry, wife of the four-time champion, is thrilled about the move.

Seth shared on Instagram that making his Golden State Warriors debut Tuesday -- even in a 124-112 loss to the OKC Thunder -- genuinely “felt like home.” He finished with 14 points on 6-of-7 shooting in a game his older brother Steph did not play.

Ayesha later reposted Seth’s message on her Instagram Stories, offering her encouragement to her brother-in-law.

The Warriors first picked up Seth during training camp but released him in October because of financial constraints. They re-signed him Monday, and he made his return to the team the following day.

Steve Kerr praises Seth Curry’s impact with Steph Curry sidelined

The Golden State Warriors suffered a major setback when Steph Curry sustained a right quadriceps contusion and muscle strain on Nov. 26 in a matchup against the Houston Rockets. He is expected to miss several games as the team works to climb the Western Conference standings.

Seth Curry’s arrival gives the Warriors another offensive option while the NBA’s 3-point leader recovers, and coach Steve Kerr offered strong praise for the veteran guard.

“He comes from the greatest shooting family in the history of basketball,” Kerr said. “He’s a pro. The guy’s been around for a long time, and he’s helped win a lot of games. … He kept himself ready.”

The Warriors sit at 11-11 and now begin a three-game Eastern Conference road trip Thursday against the Philadelphia 76ers. They’ll then play a weekend back-to-back versus the Cleveland Cavaliers and Chicago Bulls before returning to the Bay Area for a home matchup with the Minnesota Timberwolves, which could mark Steph’s return.

After that, Golden State heads back out for consecutive road games against the Portland Trail Blazers and Phoenix Suns.
