The Golden State Warriors have long been rumored to be a landing spot for Giannis Antetokounmpo. Given the recent turn of events in Milwaukee, a new report has emerged on the moves that the Warriors organization may or may not be willing to make in order to acquire the Greek Freak.
According to NBA insider Brett Siegel, Draymond Green and Jimmy Butler are two assets that the Warriors could ship in a package for Antetokounmpo. However, it would appear that one of those players is more likely to be dealt than the other.
"Trading Green is not something the Warriors plan on doing, and the only way this mindset would change is if all three of Green, Curry, and Kerr signed off on such a move," Siegel reported. "Draymond is the heart and soul of this Warriors organization, which is why Butler would be the one needing to be moved in any scenario for Antetokounmpo."

If this report is accurate, this could mean that Butler's brief stint with the Warriors could be coming to an end before the Feb. 6 trade deadline.
Butler, who had signed a two-year, $121 million contract extension when he first joined the Warriors this past February, is averaging 19.5 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 5.0 assists per game this season. By all accounts, he has established strong bonds with the likes of Green and Curry, whom he calls the Batman to his Robin.
Curry and Green, meanwhile, have gone to war with each other since the early 2010s, winning four NBA championships along the way. It's possible, then, that the Warriors organization has decided to prioritize Green's commitment and lengthy tenure with the team, even as they prepare to participate in the Antetokounmpo sweepstakes.
"It's time for the Warriors to blow it all up": LeBron James' friend Cuffs the Legend posts suggestion for Golden State's next move
In contrast, social media personality (and reputed LeBron James buddy) Cuffs the Legend has voiced out his opinion that it's time for the Warriors to trigger a rebuild.
"it’s time for the Golden State Warriors to blow it all up," Cuffs the Legend tweeted on Thursday.
That night, the short-handed Warriors lost 99-98 to the Philadelphia 76ers, absorbing their 12th loss in 23 games. In this contest, Golden State had an uphill climb that got even tougher after the Sixers erected a 30-10 lead at the end of the first quarter.
Though reserves like Pat Spencer (16 points, four rebounds, four assists) and Buddy Hield (14 points, 50% FG shooting) led a valiant comeback in the second half, VJ Edgecombe and Tyrese Maxey made huge plays down the stretch to seal the Philly victory.
