Kayla Nicole's alleged old comments on Kobe Bryant's wife, Vanessa Bryant, left the hosts on Joe Budden's podcast in disbelief. Nicole, a social media influencer and Travis Kelce's ex-girlfriend, is facing a rough time on the internet after netizens went through her X account and dug up tweets she allegedly posted in her younger years.

One of those alleged tweets was aimed at late Lakers legend Kobe Bryant's wife. On Sunday's episode of the "Joe Budden TV" podcast, the panel discussed the outrage caused in the community by Nicole's alleged posts. They read the alleged post, which read:

"Sum1 explain to me why kobe thirsty wife think she can b in front of all th players!? Sit yo no green card havin azz down. #thaafuuuuhh."

The panel was left stunned, and one panelist reacted:

"Oh god, that s*** is mean as f*** to me."

Later, they discussed the impact that "Black Twitter" had on the community.

"I acknowledge what the black twitter era was and what it did. A lot of greatness came from it," Budden said. "Separate from that, I don't try to make it seem like 'it's cool' because I think n****s grew up, n****s learned somethings, the world functions differently, and s**t that was funny, now ain't fun."

Kobe Bryant was a legend of the game of basketball during his lifetime. The Lakers icon had won everything there was to win in basketball and had cemented his legacy as one of the greatest players to play the game. However, on Jan. 26, 2020, he passed away with his daughter and eight others in a helicopter crash.

Kayla Nicole, an avid Lakers fan, was left devastated by Bryant's death. A few months after Bryant passed away, she spoke about the loss in an interview with "Where is the Buzz".

"I could honestly cry right now, it breaks my heart," she said. "I don't think this is something that we'll ever get over. It's just one of those life-changing experiences, honestly. And it makes you want to just live your life just as full as he did."

Nicole has worked as a sports reporter covering the NBA and was a big fan of Kobe Bryant.
