The Cavaliers have seen a sharp decline after elite 2024-25 season

Last season, the Cleveland Cavaliers had the best record in the Eastern Conference and the second-best record in the league. However, this season, their standing has sharply declined, and they are currently ranked among the Play-In Tournament teams.

The Cavs are the 7th-ranked team in the East with a 13-10 record. They have a 4-1 record in their last five games, the complete opposite picture from the last season.

The Cavs also need to win very soon, as they are the only team in the league above the second apron. If this core group of the Cavaliers doesn't work out, they might have to break and rebuild the roster.
