The Phoenix Suns were hit with a fresh Dillon Brooks injury concern ahead of the LA Lakers game on Sunday. Brooks was listed on the Suns' injury report after Saturday's practice, along with Devin Booker and two others. The defensive stalwart is listed as questionable due to left Achilles soreness.

Brooks was active in the previous game against the OKC Thunder when the Suns suffered a humiliating 138-89 loss in the NBA Cup quarterfinal clash. The former Memphis Grizzlies forward endured a horrible shooting night, going 4 of 16 from the floor for 16 points.

This season, however, Brooks is averaging a career-high in scoring with 21.7 points per game. The Suns would hope for Brooks to recover in the nick of time, as his availability would be crucial against Luka Doncic and LeBron James. The Canadian forward's defensive tenacity and outside shooting have been keys to Phoenix's success.

Meanwhile, Devin Booker is in danger of missing his fourth consecutive game. The superstar point guard is listed as questionable with a right groin strain. Booker was a full participant in Saturday's practice and played one-on-one against the coaches. A final call on his status will be taken ahead of tip off.

Jalen Green and Isaiah Livers are ruled out of the Lakers game. Green is sidelined with a right hamstring strain and Livers is battling with a right hip strain.
