The Philadelphia 76ers have a packed injury report ahead of their regular-season game against the Washington Wizards on Tuesday. Joel Embiid is listed as out after he made his comeback after missing nine consecutive games in the previous encounter against the Atlanta Hawks on Sunday.

Embiid’s latest injury designation differs from the one during his nine-game absence. Previously listed under "right knee injury management," he is now marked as "right knee injury recovery." The one-time league MVP dropped an emotional statement after the Hawks game, while reflecting on a lengthy injury-related absence.

"It feels like the first game of the season," Embiid told reporters. "You build on it, and I’m not even mad about tonight, I’m just happy I got to play the game of basketball.

"Build on it and go from there next game, whether shots fall or not. I don’t really judge myself based on shots falling. That’s all about how I moved laterally, jumping, all that stuff. Tonight was a good step towards that."

Meanwhile, Paul George remains at risk of missing the Wizards game. The veteran forward is dealing with two separated injuries - left knee injury recovery and lower back tightness - and remains questionable.

Andre Drummond is questionable with a right knee injury after playing just six minutes in the previous game. Kelly Oubre Jr. and Trendon Watford won't be available to suit up once again. Oubre Jr. is out with a left knee injury, while Watford is sidelined due to a left adductor issue.
