LeBron James helped the LA Lakers pick up their fourth straight win after surviving the Utah Jazz on Sunday, Nov. 23. James was asked in the locker room about the game; however, he narrowly avoided an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction in a video that has since gone viral. James was just wearing a towel during the scrum interview. When he adjusted his towel, he almost showed it all in front of the camera. He also had six rebounds and eight assists en route to the Lakers' win. It was his second game this season after putting up 11 points and 12 assists against the same Jazz team on Tuesday, Nov. 18. Now with James on tow, the Lakers rose to the second seed with a 12-4 record, tied with the Denver Nuggets. James is the oldest player in the league at 40 years old and is now in his 23rd season. Following his first game this year, James got candid on his return, saying that he struggled mentally before stepping back on the court. “It was just fun to be out there with the guys, man,” LeBron said. “Like I said, it’s been rough like mentally for me. Like this is the first time I’ve started a basketball season and not played since I’ve started playing basketball at like nine years old. I’ve never missed the beginning of a basketball season. So, just going through that physically, emotionally, spiritually and everything just tested me."“Keeping my head up with faith and it’s gotten me to this point today. It’s just great. A lot of joy, a lot of probably see me smiling and talking a lot on the court today, just being out with those guys, just so fun.”James is expected to bolster the team's early-season push, especially now that the Lakers deal with the injury of Deandre Ayton, who hurt his knee against the Jazz on Sunday. James and the Lakers will return to action against the LA Clippers on Tuesday.
