In the video, a female fan appeared to be in a heated argument with security personnel while pleading her case, before they calmly marshalled her out of her courtside seat and led her out of the arena. During this hubbub, LeBron casually cut his nails on the bench, unfazed by the comotion behind him.

Although the altercation temporarily hindered the momentum of the game, the contest between the Lakers and the Mavericks was an entertaining one. The home team rallied back from a 62-60 deficit in the first half, securing a 129-119 victory, their sixth consecutive win.

James once again provided great support to Austin Reaves and Luka Doncic, recording 13 points and 7 assists in 35 minutes. Meanwhile, the guards combined for 73 points with Doncic dropping 35 points against his former team, while Reaves led the scoring with 38 points.

The win sealed the Lakers’ spot in the in-season tournament knockout rounds, completing group play with a perfect 4-0 record. They now advance alongside the OKC Thunder, Phoenix Suns and San Antonio Spurs as the West’s qualifiers.

LeBron James discusses leaning on Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves to steer the offense

After years of being the main man and running every play, LeBron James has found himself as a facilitator for Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves this season. After missing the start of a campaign for the first time in 23 years, he returned to a Lakers team now driven by its guards.

In his post-game interview on Wednesday, James spoke about the duo leading the line as the primary ball handlers.

"I mean, those guys have so many eyes on them. They’re our primary ball handlers, so they have many eyes on them, James said. (Timestamp: 25:31 onwards) "They run a lot of our pick-and-roll offense, so a lot of times they put two on a bal, AR handles the ball, Luka handles the ball so its a numbers game."

Despite not serving as the orchestrator, James has remained highly effective and has yet to lose a game this season since returning from his injury layoff.
