Jalen Brunson's sister, Erica Brunson, clapped back at a fan for criticizing her brother for flopping during games. On Friday, a fan shared a clip of Brunson collapsing after a challenge on his X account.

In the video, Desmond Banes tried to block the Knicks guard at the perimeter in the Knicks' 124-107 loss against the Magic on Wednesday. Bane was late in raising his hand, but as soon as he did, Brunson fell to the hardwood. The fan criticized the Knicks guard for flopping in the post's caption.

"I wonder if ANY Knicks fans, even a single one, would admit that Brunson is a tough watch," the fan wrote. "That half his game is trying to game the officials into blowing the whistle. That he’s constantly going out of his way to sell a call, flail any & all body parts into defenders while shooting & exaggerate contact once he gets it."

Erica Brunson retweeted the post and responded to the criticism in the caption.

Jalen Brunson has been the savior for the Knicks this season. The star guard is averaging 28.0 points, 3.5 rebounds and 6.5 assists per game. Unfortunately, he rolled his ankle in the loss against the Magic and left the game on crutches.

Jalen Brunson is out indefinitely while the Knicks embark on a five-game road trip

Jalen Brunson is out indefinitely for the time being, while the Knicks are scheduled to embark on a five-game road trip starting Monday. The Knicks guard injured himself during the final minutes of the Magic game. He drove to the basket with 1:54 left on the clock. However, he twisted his right ankle on Wendell Carter Jr.’s foot.

Brunson was awarded the free throws, and he exited the court after taking them. Later, it was revealed that the Knicks guard had suffered a Grade 1 sprain. It is the best-case scenario for the Knicks' star guard, given that a lot could have gone wrong for him in that situation.

According to Stefan Bondy from the "New York Post", Jalen Brunson might not travel with the squad during their five-game road trip. Last year, the Knicks guard had sprained the same ankle in March. He missed 15 games during that stint on the sidelines.
