San Antonio Spurs rookie Dylan Harper appeared to melt on Monday after his girlfriend, JoJo Lacey, went the extra mile with a heartfelt gesture. The rookie has enjoyed a bright start to his career in the NBA and has received enormous support from his partner.

Sharing three stories of Harper's performance against the Toronto Raptors, Lacey captioned the first one with a three-word response.

"I love you," she wrote.

Her following story showed her going the extra mile as she shared an image of her tuning into the Spurs' game on her iPad while going out for an evening stroll.

"Always tuned in 🥰 @dylharpp," she captioned the image.

In her final story, Lacey reshared Harper's most recent Instagram post. The former Rutgers forward also dropped a love-filled comment, commending his recent performances.

"Pheeewww I could watch you all day😍😍," she commented.

Harper entered the NBA draft after a successful tenure with Rutgers, where Lacey was a part of the women's basketball team. However, she is no longer with the program after completing her senior year last term.

While her own basketball aspirations remain unclear, Lacey has been an avid supporter of Harper. The guard has started the season impressively, averaging 16.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 4.3 assists in 26 minutes per game.

Despite De'Aaron Fox missing the start of the season, Harper has made all his appearances off the bench, but has integrated well with the team. The guard led the team in assists in his last two games, showcasing his growing confidence and potential.

Harper responded to the post with a couple of comments.
