LA Lakers coach JJ Redick has a hilarious story about being a Dodgers fan following the team's World Series win on Saturday. Redick shared that he avoided the jumbotron shoutout from the Dodgers during his time with the LA Clippers because he would get booed. Speaking to reporters before the Lakers' game against the Miami Heat on Sunday, Redick was asked about the Dodgers winning back-to-back World Series championships. The coach became a huge fan of the team when he was acquired by the Clippers.Redick would even attend games, and the Dodgers wanted to put him on the jumbotron every time. However, he always declined it because Los Angeles is a Lakers town, and he'll get booed for being a Clippers player. "I became a Dodgers fan when I played for the Clippers. Although ... as a Clipper, I remember going to games multiple times and they were like, ‘Hey, can we put you up on the jumbotron?’ I was like, ‘Hell no! I’m going to get booed.
