Greece dominated the third quarter, outscoring Lithuania 20-14 to take a 12-point lead into the final frame. With just over six minutes left in the game, Alexandros Samodurov extended Greece's lead to 16 points. Antetokounmpo led the Greeks in the fourth, adding seven more points to his tally.
Lithuania outscored Greece 24-23 in the fourth, but it wasn't enough as Greece advanced to the next round with an 87-76 win. They will face Turkey in the semifinals.
