The Golden State Warriors' injury report could look heavily concerning as they take on the Sacramento Kings on the second night of a back-to-back. The Warriors have yet to submit their official injury list, but coach Steve Kerr announced his decision for Steph Curry after Tuesday's 118-107 win over the Phoenix Suns.
Curry said he was dealing with an illness, making his status against the Kings uncertain. He stated that he felt worse as the game went on. Kerr firmly suggested he won't play the two-time MVP regardless of what his star player or the medical staff decides.
"He’s wiped out right now," the Warriors coach told reporters on Tuesday (via 95.7 The Game).
"I don’t care what the doctors say. We've got to get him some rest. I’ll make the decision right now. He’s not gonna play tomorrow."

Steve Kerr said that the Golden State Warriors' schedule took a toll on the 37-year-old's body over the past week. Golden State travelled to Milwaukee on Thursday and to Indiana on Saturday before returning home for Tuesday's game. The team will be on the road again in Sacramento on Wednesday, followed by a visit to Denver on Friday.
Meanwhile, Jimmy Butler is also out. He entered the game against the Suns with a back issue and tweaked it in the first half. The Warriors rested him for the second half. Kerr initially said Butler was questionable to face the Kings.
The other veteran, Draymond Green, will join his co-stars. Kerr didn't sound optimistic about his status on Tuesday, saying:
"We'll see."
The only positive for the Golden State Warriors could be Al Horford's return. He rested against the Suns, citing toe injury management. He could be in the lineup against Sacramento.
De'Anthony Melton and rookie Alex Toohey will be the other absentees for the Warriors. Melton is recovering from an ACL surgery and Toohey has a knee injury. Neither player has made a season debut.
