San Francisco 49ersGeorge Kittle reacted to Steph Curry's pre-game fit for the Golden State Warriors’ game against the Houston Rockets on Wednesday. Curry rocked Kittle’s No. 85 jersey, paired with a jacket and the OG Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Lows.

A surprising choice from the Warrior superstar, who is a known Carolina Panthers fan. Kittle poked fun at Steph for the outfit in a social media post.

Fans on social media also speculated that Curry’s pre-game fit could have been the result of a wager on the Panthers-49ers from Monday. The Panthers lost 20-9, dropping to 6-6 for the season.

Steph Curry and the Warriors did not fare much better against the Rockets on Wednesday. Houston defeated Golden State 104-100. The two-time MVP finished with 14 points, five assists and six rebounds, shooting 30.8%. Curry also recorded a game-high seven turnovers.

The Rockets relied on Reed Sheppard, who recorded 31 points, nine rebounds and five assists in the win. Alperen Sengun was also key, finishing with 16 points, six rebounds and six assists.

The Warriors find themselves in a less-than-ideal situation as the team has gone 1-2 so far in its five-game homestand. Heading into this homestand, Steve Kerr had hoped to rack up a few more wins before the Dubs depart for another four-game road trip.

Steph Curry suffered a right quad injury during Wednesday’s game against the Rockets and is set to undergo an MRI to determine the extent of his injury. Curry was seen exiting the game in pain as the Warriors are now 10-10 for the season.

After the game, Steve Kerr expressed relief over Curry's injury not being related to his ankle or knee. Curry is averaging 28.8 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game this season. The Warriors will need crucial contributions from the supporting crew to stay afloat as their star player recovers.

Jimmy Butler will be key over the coming stretch. He is averaging 19.9 points, 5.6 rebounds and 4.9 assists per game this season. The Warriors will now face the New Orleans Pelicans on Saturday.
