Former NBA Player Delonte West was arrested in Virginia after he was found unconscious in public. According to TMZ, the former Cleveland Cavaliers player was arrested on November 3 by the Fairfax County Police.According to the reports obtained by TMZ, the police department received a call for help regarding a man who was unconscious and not breathing. When the police arrived with emergency services, West was still unconscious, but he was breathing.
