Despite all the injury woes, the Pistons have dealt with the unavailability of players in a remarkable manner. Detroit is currently on an eight-game winning streak, sitting comfortably at the top of the Eastern Conference standings with a 10-2 record. The shorthanded Pitons will fancy their chances against the Sixers, who will be without Joel Embiid and Paul George.
