With Anthony Davis ruled out, Cooper Flagg dominated on the glass and pulled down critical rebounds. The Mavericks flipped their three-point halftime deficit into a 10-point lead heading into the fourth quarter. Flagg was instrumental in the turnaround as he dropped four points and grabbed three rebounds in the penultimate period.

The 6-foot-9 forward kept his foot on the accelerator and made huge plays down the stretch. He backed down Mac McClung and scored a jump hook over him in the fourth quarter before hitting the "too small" sign.
