Cade Cunningham showered high praise on teammate Isaiah Stewart following their 122-116 win over the Portland Traiil Blazers on Friday. Omari Sankofa from the "Detroit Free Press" shared a video of a breif locker room interview featuring Cunningham on his X account.In the video, the reporters asked the Pistons star for his opinion on his teammate, Isaiah Stewart. Cunningham credited his teammate for having great basketball IQ and pushed him for a Defensive Player of the Year award over the Pistons' big man, Jalen Duren."He has the best timing in the league," Cunningham said. "Nobody times dunks, layups, whatever like he does. It’s impressive. It’s honestly kinda scary. If he just gets his fingertips on it, it’s like he’s got fingertips of vibranium. It’s insane."Later, the reporter told Cunningham that Pistons' coach J.B. Bickerstaff had called Stewart the best defensive player in the league and asked for his opinion. The Pistons star agreed with his coach in his response."I think he’s the best defensive player in the league.
