Rapper Bow Wow hilariously confronted Marcus Jordan on social media after receiving years of torment from Michael Jordan. Bow Wow became a household name in the early 2000s for portraying Calvin Cambridge in the basketball movie "Like Mike."In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, Bow Wow shared a throwback video from May 2023 during the sixth anniversary celebration of Marcus' Trophy Room in Miami. The rapper was approached by MJ later in the video and appeared to engage in some fun trash talk. Bow Wow claimed that "His Airness" has not called him by name and gave him the nickname "Short Sh*t." "Yo Marcus you my bro, and I know OG is the GOAT but your pops been trash talking me and punching me for years. 🤣 he dont even call me by my name. Just "short sh*t,'" Bow Wow tweeted. Bow Wow also shared the post on his Instagram stories, tagging Marcus Jordan. Michael Jordan's second son did respond to the rapper's comments by re-sharing the reel on his IG stories and adding a couple of laugh emojis. Marcus Jordan shared this on his IG Stories. To be fair to Bow Wow, he did call himself Li'l Bow Wow early in his career before dropping it as he got older. He grew close to Marcus Jordan and even had sleepovers with him growing up. Bow Wow told a story on "Club Shay Shay" earlier this year about how Michael threw away his Allen Iverson jersey, Duke shorts and Reebok kicks one morning. MJ didn't want those items inside his home, so he hooked him up with some Jumpman gear. Bow Wow once had Michael Jordan's 'powers'While Bow Wow initially gained popularity as a young rapper, he became a mainstream name in the early 2000s after portraying Calvin Cambridge in the movie "Like Mike." The character was an orphan who ended up finding Michael Jordan's old sneakers. The sneakers gave Calvin powers, allowing him to make it to the NBA as a minor. It did well at the box office and received mixed reviews from critics, but it became a cult classic among basketball fans. While Jordan didn't appear in the film, other NBA stars like Vince Carter, Allen Iverson, Jason Kidd, Steve Nash, Dirk Nowitzki, Alonzo Mourning, David Robinson, Tracy McGrady, Gary Payton and Chris Webber made cameos.
