Investigative reporter Pablo Torre revealed on Friday that Clippers head coach Tyron Lue was present at an alleged rigged poker game in 2019 with Billups. However, Lue reportedly wasn’t seated at the same table as the Trail Blazers coach.

" Clippers head coach Tyronn Lue was also in attendance at the allegedly rigged April 2019 poker game in Las Vegas, sources with direct knowledge tell @pablofindsout.But sources say Lue did not play at the same table as his good friend, Blazers head coach Chauncey Billups," Tore reported via X (formerly Twitter)

The FBI's probe revealed two separate scandals involving illegal gambling and sports betting. While Rozier was indicted for the latter, Billups was arrested for serving as the "face" of rigged poker games, which took place in various locations, including Manhattan and the Hamptons.

If Tore's report is true, Lue will be indicted on the same grounds as Billups, with the Trail Blazers coach being arrested in Portland after his team's game on Wednesday. As new details continue to emerge, the investigation is ongoing, with Billups currently suspended with pay.

Additionally, Billups and Rozier will need to appear in a Brooklyn Court for a hearing, with the date yet to be finalized.

Tore further claimed a source close to Garnett revealed that the former Celtics star was present at the game but promptly left the scene without participating.

"A source close to Kevin Garnett tells @pablofindsout that Garnett initially thought he was going to an “afterparty” — not a poker game. And that he chose to leave the 2019 poker game, which was in LA, early.Per source, Garnett has not been contacted by federal authorities," Tore added.
