The Miami Heat look to get back in the win column in the final game of their four-game homestand as the LA Clippers come to town on Monday. This is the second and final meeting between the two nonconference teams, with the Heat winning the previous matchup on the road 120-119 in early November.
Miami’s six-game unbeaten run came to an abrupt end in a 138-135 loss to the Detroit Pistons on Saturday. The Heat a valiant comeback late in the fourth quarter, cutting a 17-point Detroit lead to just two, but the Pistons closed the game out in the final minutes.
The team is now 9-2 at home and has been playing at an insanely fast pace this season. The return of Tyler Herro has swung the balance of their season, and positivity can continue to grow if results and performances remain steady in the coming weeks as the Heat aim for a deep postseason run.

With injuries and poor defense, LA has not had enough talent and depth to hang with some of the top teams in the league. The Clippers played 15 games in November but won only two.
