Irrespective of whether one wins or not, headlining the event is a big achievement in itself. On most occasions, the winner of the Royal Rumble match has gone on to headline the Grandest Stage of Them All. Former Universal Champion Roman Reigns has the most WrestleMania Main Events (nine) as of April 2025, based on Darrenswinloss.wordpress.com. In 2024, he beat the record of the legendary Hulk Hogan, who had eight main events at WrestleMania. Overall, 20 wrestlers have headlined WrestleMania more than once, and eight wrestlers have done so at least five times. No female wrestler has headlined multiple WrestleMania events as of March 2025.
