Former racing driver Mika Hakkinen has shared his thoughts on what it was like going wheel-to-wheel against seven-time world champion Michael Schumacher. In line with this, the German has shed light on a few aspects.Michael Schumacher, during his racing days, was a real menace on the racetrack. His most fruitful years came with Ferrari, during which he amassed five consecutive world championships (2000 - 2004). Schumacher's other two championship triumphs came in 1994 and 1995.Mika Hakkinen, who competed in the pinnacle of motorsport from 1991 - 2001, had quite a few tussles with Michael Schumacher on the racetrack. The former has recently taken the time to look back on the same and added:"Michael was very hard racing driver. You know, I think he had quite a few problems with many of the drivers, with Damon Hill, Jacques Villeneuve, David Coulthard. We had our moments, everytime we raced, we played little tricks, but we never did touch." So I knew Michael already from childhood, since we were 13 years old, from the karting. When he has a chance to win, he won't give up. When he realizes that victory is gone, and it's been won fair and square, he's very straightforward, and he's happy and congratulates you. But he was physically very strong with the car."
