The F1 Brazilian GP saw Lando Norris execute a clean sweep by winning the sprint and the race on Sunday. The British driver was in a league of his own, and no one came close. In P2, we had the young rookie Kimi Antonelli, who held off the charging Dutchman Max Verstappen.

Beyond the top 3, the race was quite action-packed as well. Both Ferraris retired from the race, while the Racing Point secured a double points finish. As the circus gets ready to move on from the F1 Brazilian GP, who would be happy with how the weekend went, and who would be a bit upset? Let's take a look.

2025 F1 Brazilian GP

Winner

Lando Norris

The term 'championship material' now seems apt for Lando Norris, as the British driver has stepped up at the right time. While we make that claim, it would have been wild to make this claim early in 2025 when Norris was just unable to put everything together.

At the F1 Brazilian GP, Norris secured pole and win for both the Sprint and the Grand Prix. He's the favorite for the championship now.

Loser

Oscar Piastri

Oscar Piastri has only himself to blame for finishing where he did. Fundamentally, the primary problem for the Aussie is the fact that he's just not as fast as Lando. Everything else is just a consequence of that. The F1 Brazilian GP showed that as well.

Winner

Kimi Antonelli

Kimi Antonelli has well and truly arrived in F1, and he's done so by holding off arguably one of the greatest talents in history to secure a P2 finish.

The Italian's F1 Brazilian GP saw him beat his established teammate at various moments and put together his career's most complete race weekend.

Loser

Max Verstappen

Once the euphoria settles down, Max Verstappen and Red Bull will have a certain realization that if they are serious about the title fight, this was a bad weekend for the team. Not only because he conceded points to rival Lando Norris but also because the car was potentially the fastest on the grid.

The F1 Brazilian GP could have been a repeat of Austin for the Dutch driver, but the fact that it wasn't is surely something that's going to hurt.

Winner

Ollie Bearman

Ollie Bearman has well and truly arrived, and his results are also somewhat flattered by Esteban Ocon's shocking form at Haas. The British driver was the class of the midfield again, not only with the pace that he showed but also by the manner in which he was ruthless enough to execute his F1 Brazilian GP, not wasting too much time making his way through the field. The seat at Ferrari seems inevitable if he continues this.

Loser

Lewis Hamilton

Lewis Hamilton finally confessed "it's been a nightmare" in front of the media as he talked about his Ferrari stint. The reality is that the performances throughout the year have been woeful. The race was no different.

The driver's incident with Franco Colapinto was entirely on him, even though he raged at the stewards for the penalty. The race should ring alarms in the Hamilton camp, especially with Bearman starting to surge.
