Precious Paths Season Special Research: Pokemon GO tasks and rewards

The Precious Paths Season Special Research kicks off with the new season in Pokemon GO. The first step provides reward encounters with the Gen IX Starter Pokemon: Quaxly, Sprigatito, and Fuecoco. Steps will slowly be revealed as we progress through the season.

The Precious Paths Season Special Research can be claimed between Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 10 am local time and Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 9.59 am local time. The season also provides a new Master Ball Masterwork Research.

• Catch 30 Pokemon - Sprigatito encounter
• Use 15 Berries to help catch Pokemon - Fuecoco encounter
• Spin 10 PokeStops or Gyms - Quaxly encounter
• Rewards: 3x Rare Candy, 999 XP, 999x Stardust

Precious Paths - Step 2 of 12

• Power up Pokemon 15 times - Lechonk encounter
• Earn 20 hearts with your buddy - 999 XP
• Take a snapshot of your buddy - 999x Stardust
• Rewards: 1x Poffin, 999 XP, 999x Stardust
