2) Mewtwo X: Mewtwo X receives one of the most impactful upgrades this patch. Its core stats have been raised and its moves received buffs. Most importantly, its Mega gauge no longer resets on KO, removing one of the biggest frustrations for players.

3) Mewtwo Y: Like its counterpart, Mewtwo Y gets a variety of stat boosts. It also benefits from the new Mega gauge’s buff, maintaining the pressure even after being KO’d. Shorter cooldowns and stronger effects on Teleport and Recover further makes this Attacker more competitively viable.

4) Ho-Oh: Ho-Oh’s Unite Move, Rekindling Flame, now requires far less energy to activate. This means more frequent ally revives and especially in the crucial late-game teamfight.

5) Scizor & Scyther: Both Scyther and Scizor receive major buffs to HP and Defense, allowing both to brawl a lot longer in clashes. Additionally, Scizor's boosted attack now grants even more Defense, and Dual Wing heals more than before.

6) Gyarados: Gyarados gains stronger shields and more damage from Waterfall, while Dragon Breath buffs both basic and boosted attack damage even further.

7) Tyranitar: After a long stretch of underperformance, Tyranitar finally gets reworked. Dark Pulse significantly dishes out more damage, and Ancient Power now recharges faster and grants bigger shields.
