Pokemon Legends Z-A launched on October 16, 2025, and its first major expansion, titled Mega Dimension, is scheduled to go live on December 10, 2025. While Game Freak has kept most of the DLC’s storyline a secret, a few debuts like Mega Zeraora, Mega Baxcalibur, Mega Lucario Z and many more have already been teased.

Beyond those brief reveals, details about the DLC’s story remain mostly unknown.

What has been officially confirmed is that Mega Dimension will take place after the events of the original story, and you must finish the base game to access the new DLC missions.

The DLC will be priced at USD $29.99. Judging by how previous Pokemon expansions have rolled out, players can expect the update to release around these approximate times:

• 1 am UK
• 2 am CEST
• 5 pm PT
• 8 pm ET
• 10 am JST

Because the expansion will be delivered as an in-game update and not as a separate eShop download, the exact release time may vary slightly depending on your timezone.
