All new Arcanes in Warframe: The Old Peace, and how to get them

Warframe's The Old Peace update adds fourteen new total Arcanes to the pile, with five of them being Tektolyst-exclusives. Leaving aside some new tech the Tektolyst Arcanes themselves open up for Operator damage, the general Arcanes themselves are nothing to scoff at. Specifically, one new Arcane called Arcane Persistence will make Health-Armor tanks far more viable in endurance content.

Before we dive in, note that all the stats shown here are for Rank 5 variants of these Arcanes.

All new Tektolyst Arcanes in Warframe

The following are Tektolyst Arcanes, meaning you'll need to get a Tektolyst Artifact from Marie (La Catehedrale in Sanctum Anatomica) to equip them. Individual copies of these can be obtained as guaranteed drop for killing Commandeered Prime Warframes during Perita Rebellion missions, but only on Steel Path mode. They tend to spawn after a certain number of objectives, so to farm the Tek Arcanes, doing more objectives efficiently will yield better results.

Here's the intriductory batch of five Tektolyst Arcanes availble in Warframe:

Zid-An Asheir: 6% Status Chance for all Warframe weapons for each enemy hit with a Tauron Strike, up to 300%. Buff lasts for 30s. +18% Tauron Strike Initial Charge.
Zid-An Haras: 48% Warframe Ammo Efficiency for 30s after executing a Tauron Strike. +18% Amp Ammo Efficiency.
Zid-An Sek-Eel: Gain invisibility for 30s after activating a Tauron Strike. +9% Tauron Strike Charge Rate.
Zid-An Uskos: On Operator and Tauron Strike Kill: 2.4% Heat Damage for Primary Weapons for duration of mission, max 250%.
Zid-An Osbok: Void Slings strip 30% of enemy Overguard. When Overguard is stripped: +3x Amp Critical Damage for 15s.

Every new Warframe and weapon Arcane added in The Old Peace

In total, Update 41 has added nine total Arcanes. All of these can be obtained as stage rewards for completing Infernum floor 7, 14, and 21 in Descendia. Note that repeat-running Floor 21 to farm Uriel's Warframe parts does not drop further copies of these Arcanes. Other than Descendia, you can also purchase them from Roathe in La Cathedrale for Maphico and Ignia (Descendia-exclusive resources).

Arcane Concentration (Warframe): On Ability Cast: +60% Duration for 3s
Arcane Circumvent (Warframe): Roll through enemies to steal 50% of their defenses for yourself. Stolen armor lasts 15s.
Arcane Expertise (Warframe): 100% Ability Strength modifiers are also applied to Max Shields.
Arcane Persistence (Warframe): Remove all Shields. If Armor is above 700: Cannot be hit for more than 500 Damage/s. This attenuation only applies on Health, not on Overguard. It also applies after Damage mitigation thorugh Armor (and other sources like Adaptation) are calculated.
Primary Bulwark: Gain stacks of +1% damage for each unit of armor past 1,000, up to a max of +500%.
Primary Debilitate: If an enemy has 10 stacks of a combined Status Effect, inflicting the same Status Effect again has a 100% chance to inflict one of the base Status Effects it is composed of.
Primary Overcharge: While at or above 90% Energy: Gain 35% of Max Energy as Multishot, capped at 100%.
Secondary Irradiate: On hitting enemies afflicted by 10 stacks of Radiation: Deal 180% of the hit damage to enemies within 7m.
Melee Careen: x2.50 Melee Damage against Frozen enemies. On Roll: Frozen enemies in a 5.5m radius with a 2s Cooldown.
