Warframe sets an industry-wide example when it comes to building a fair free-to-play live service game model. Save for a handful of founder-exclusives, all items can be obtained by a f2p player. The tradeoff for this availability is the fact that not all the items are readily available. The biggest example of this is Primed Mods. Unlike Prime Warframe and Weapon components, the Primed Mods can only be obtained from Baro Ki'Teer, the Void Trader.
Admittedly, you can always acquire these items from other players via trade chat. For those who want to play solo or prefer acquiring items from their direct drop sources, almost all of Baro Ki'Teer's merchandise is uniquely accessible only from his inventory.
Where to find Baro Ki'Teer in Warframe?
For this week, Baro Ki'teer can be found in Kronia Relay (Mercury). He will be stationed in the central hub room of this Relay until Sunday (October 19, 2025).

To find Baro, go to the Relay, open up the fast travel wheel by holding down 'Q', and then click on 'Void Trader' to the left.
How to buy items from Baro Ki'Teer in Warframe?
All items on Baro Ki'Teer can be bought for a combination of Credits and Ducats. Credits can be farmed from many sources in the game, as it is the most common form of currency.
Ducats, on the other hand, can only be obtained from the Void Trader's Ducat Kiosks located in any Relay. Unlike Baro Ki'Teer's stock, the Ducats can be acquired any time of the week, as the kiosks are always operational.

Ducats can be purchased in exchange for Primed Parts for weapons and frames, obtained by cracking Void Relics from the four eras. The Ducat price for a Primed part is determined only by its rarity in the Relic.

Warframe Baro Ki'teer recommendations: What should you get this week?
For this week's Baro-exclusive non-cosmetic items, the order of priority for an average player should be:
- Sands of Inaros blueprint if you haven't done the quest (an excellent source of Kavat Genetic Codes)
- Voltaic Strike
- Primed Continuity
- Primed Rubedo-lined Barrel
- Primed Animal Instinct
- Naberus Baro exclusive cosmetics
For starters, don't forget to get the once-every-visit Void Surplus offering from Baro. Especially with the common drops, it's easily worth the small Credit price of admission.
Volcanic Edge is not really a Baro exclusive, and it's not recommended to buy it for Ducats. It's quite cheap on the player market, or alternately, you can also farm it from Spy missions.
Primed Continuity is probably the most important one out of the bunch. Without investing Archon Shards, this still remains the most slot-effective way to increase Ability Duration (although Archon Continuity now exists, which has additional niche buffs but higher mod capacity drain).
Primed Rubedo-lined Barrel is a suspiciously timely return of the most powerful Archgun damage mod, looking at the new Archgun buffs introduced with the Vallis Undermind update. Long story short: you can add one Primary and one Secondary Arcane to your Archgun/Heavy Weapon now.
This should mean Acolyte Arcanes sort of make Primed Rubedo-lined Barrel a little less valuable. However, it's still worthwhile because (a) you get your front-loaded damage before having to do Arcane activation conditional homework, and (b) Archguns just don't have that many good mods to compete against.
Of note, this is the second time in a row Primed Rubedo-lined Barrel has been floated in Warframe Baro wares. Either Digital Extremes is going all-out to make Archguns more popular with yet another go, or Naberus Baro might bring this mod for every week till November.
Primed Animal Instinct is considered a highly valued mod, at least going by p2p market value. However, I find that the regular Animal Instinct gets the job done qutie nicely in most cases. It's still a meaningful upgrade, so get it if you want.
Finally, there's Mark of The Beast, which is somewhat useful. Generally, these Glaive-Secondary combo mods are considered niche picks because they eat a precious mod slot on your Glaive (which is supposed to score the kills). However, you can easily spare the space on anything from a Glaive Prime to a Melee Influence Falcor, and still have it kill mobs.
The use case would be to use the Glaive for mobbing, and have the buffs triggered on your secondary, which you'd use for dedicated VIP targets, such as Thrax spawns in Cascade.
There's also a Void Relic available for Ducats this week:
- Axi A5 Relic drops: Common - Forma, Vasto Prime Receibver, Vasto Prime Barrel; Uncommon - Akvasto Prime Link, Vasto Prime Blueprint; Rare - Akvasto Prime Blueprint
While Akvasto Prime is mostly just MR fodder, Vasto Prime does have an Incarnon upgrade which makes it a highly viable sidearm.
These days, old Primed Warframes are cheap on the player market, and you have the Varzia store, so the baro relics are not as worthwhile as it used to be.

Which Baro weapon is worth taking from this week's Baro rotation in Warframe?
Out of the lot, Prisma Angstrum is the best Baro weapon for general utility. Here's a breakdown of the options:
- Prisma Angstrum has an Incarnon Genesis you can get, but overall, it's still among the weakest Incarnons overall.
- Supra Vandal is pure MR fodder in this day and age; get it only if you like its old-school Corpus pew-pew flavor.
- Quanta Vandal is an interesting pick, with both style and substance. It's able to put out a lot of damage through status-stacking. That being said, you could get much more mileage out of Phantasma Prime or Phage if you want a build of that sort.
