How to get Vinquibus in Warframe

Vinquibus is the new weapon type introduced with Warframe: The Old Peace. It’s the signature Bayonet for the Devil-frame Uriel and is actually a hybrid that occupies both the primary and melee slots in your Arsenal. A notable aspect of this weapon is that it can be modded separately, but the Forma you use on it is shared across both primary and melee slots.

How to farm Vinquibus components in Warframe

The primary way to farm Vinquibus is through the final Floor in Descendia in The Dark Factory. However, before farming the blueprint and components for this weapon, you’ll want to complete The Old Peace quest.

After accessing the Dark Refectory, you can access Descendia through your navigation panel. The Vinquibus components are a reward from the Roathe boss fight on Floor 21. While not the toughest encounter, fighting him alone can take a while, especially when you need to finish 20 Floors before, so it’s better to run with a squad.

After defeating Roathe, you can destroy his throne for a chance to get Vinquibus Blueprint, Vinquibus Barrel Blueprint, Vinquibus Blade Blueprint, Vinquibus Receiver Blueprint, and Vinquibus Stock Blueprint. Completing all Floors once will also unlock the ability to run just Floor 21 to farm the Blueprints.

Note that Descendia is also the primary way to farm the latest Warframe, Uriel. Currently, there is no information on the drop rate, meaning it can take a while to farm all components. However, to make things easy, there is a pity system.

You can purchase the remaining Blueprints for Vinquibus from Roathe by exchanging Maphica. To do so, go to Sanctum Anatomica (after completing The Old Peace) and fast travel to La Cathedrale. To get all components, you’ll need a total of 135 Maphica.

Vinquibus Blade Blueprint: 25 Maphica
Vinquibus Receiver Blueprint: 25 Maphica
Vinquibus Stock Blueprint: 25 Maphica

Maphica is a rare resource that drops randomly from enemies and containers during the Descendia mission. It’s a rare drop, but since there are 21 Floors, you should be able to get enough to purchase everything within four or five complete runs.

Once you have all the Blueprints, the next grind will begin. To start crafting Vinquibus, you’ll need resources that are only available in the Perita Rebellion missions.
