Uriel the Devil-frame was introduced with Warframe: The Old Peace, and to get and craft his parts, you have to farm both new game modes added in this update. With three infernal minions, debuffing, and mobility galore, Uriel/Roathe carries the theme perfectly (sadly, there's no Devil-trigger mode involved). The farm itself can take a few hours, but to actually start cooking all the parts in the Foundry will take much longer.
If you're not sure how to obtain Uriel without buying him from the Market for Plats, this guide is for you.
How to get Uriel's Warframe components

Uriel's main blueprint is given to you automatically once you finish The Old Peace quest, but to get his Warframe components (Neuroptics, Systems, Chassis), you have to get to the bottom of the tower in Descendia.
Access Descendia through the Dark Refectory in your navigation panel, and get to Floor 21 to face Roathe in the flesh. There's a slight spoiler ahead from here on out, so you should try to get to the bottom of Descendia yourself first before you read along.
This floor, "Roathe's Oblivion", is a befitting throne for the devil, and you have to face him in a boss fight. Other than spamming out some fire-goblets, he's not too tricky to take down, especially if you're doing it in a squad.
Once you beat him, you can destroy Roathe's throne, and this can potentially drop the Uriel Neuroptics Blueprint, Uriel Systems Blueprint, or Uriel Chassis Blueprint. The exact drop table is not known, but here are a few things to consider:
- Once you successfully beat Roathe, you can redo just the boss fight ad infinitum by queueing up for Floor 21 of Descendia directly.
- Destroying Roathe's throne can also drop one of the components of Vinquibus as well as its main blueprint, so if we assume equal odds, farming all three of Uriel's Warframe components can take many attempts.

Thankfully, there's also a pity system you can use to obtain any leftover Uriel parts if you're tired of the farm.
If you got access to Dark Refectory the regular way (i.e., by beating The Old Peace), you can go to Sanctum Anatomica and fast-travel to La Cathedrale (make sure you have the Drifter equipped to enter the portal). Once inside, go talk to Roathe and browse his wares, where you can purchase Uriel components with Maphica. It takes a total of 75 Maphica to get a full set, sans main blueprint:
- Uriel Main Blueprint: 75 Maphica
- Uriel Neuroptics Blueprint: 25 Maphica
- Uriel Systems Blueprint: 25 Maphica
- Uriel Chassis Blueprint: 25 Maphica
Maphica drops from enemies and containers randomly in Descendia. However, it's relatively rare. I have done a full run of regular (non-SP) Descendia – all 21 floors – a total of four times, and I have 142 Maphico, so an average yield of 25 per run is pretty reasonable.
However, you also have to play the Perita Rebellion missions a bunch, since all of Uriel's components require materials exclusively found in this game mode.
