During The Game Awards 2025, Path of Exile 2 will have a pair of Twitch drops you can pick up. Both are themed around the upcoming The Last of the Druids update. Thankfully, at least one of these rewards can be redeemed for free.
The other will require you to purchase or gift a sub to someone in a channel where The Game Awards are being live streamed. This is also a very limited time Twitch drop, so you won’t want to miss out. If you want to get both of these Twitch drops for Path of Exile 2, here’s what you need to do.
How to acquire Path of Exile 2 The Game Awards Twitch drops
You can acquire two Twitch drops for Path of Exile 2 during The Game Awards 2025, between 7 pm EST (4pm PST) until 11:30 pm EST (8:30 pm PST), on any stream that has Twitch drops enabled and is livestreaming The Game Awards. What can you pick up, though?

In order to claim the Druids of Maji Portal Effect, simply watch 30 minutes (accumulated) on any channel with drops enabled during The Game Awards. That one’s incredibly simple to get, and requires no money or further investment than watching the stream.
However, if you want the Battle-hardened Warbear Shapeshift effect for your Druid, you need to support your favorite streamer and purchase/gift 1 Twitch subscription of any tier during The Game Awards livestream. It’s also worth noting that Twitch Prime subs do not count for this.
How to link your PoE 2 account to Twitch and claim rewards
Thankfully, it’s pretty easy to link your Path of Exile 2 account to Twitch, so you can claim these rewards when it’s time. Just follow the steps below, and you’ll be ready to go:

- Go to the Twitch settings page on the PoE website.
- Click “Connect” if you aren’t already connected.
- Sign in to your Twitch account.
- Click “View Rewards” in the PoE settings page to ensure your account is connected.
Even if you connected your PoE 2 account in the past, I recommend going back to double-check. For example, mine was connected, but I was receiving an error that suggested I reconnect my Twitch account. After that, everything was just fine.
After you’ve earned these rewards, just go to your Twitch inventory and claim the items. If you’re worried these cosmetics will be exclusive to this event, don’t worry. They will be in the Microtransactions shop eventually. The Portal Effect will be in PoE 1 eventually, but not the shapeshifting form, due to the Druid not being in Path of Exile 1.
