Druid Skills go beyond just hurling seed at monsters in PoE2 (Image via GGG)
Two years after being shown off in Gamescom 2023, the Druid is finally coming to Path of Exile 2 on December 12. As the headliner class in the Last of the Druids update, it's coming with two Ascendancies (Oracle and Shaman), at least four shapeshift forms, and 21 Skills. So how strong is this class exactly? The answer, as it usually happens in any seasonal ARPG, will only be found after you get to try it in the upcoming League.

However, the Druid's caster-shapeshifter hybrid kit has loong been teased in multiple gameplay showcases. Plus, we also have some data from in-game files (thank to poe2db), so here's some of the numbers and explanations of all the known Druid Skill Gems.
Which, going by the promotional material, should be all of them, because we technically have more than 21 listed. What we don't know is whether the basic attack in each Shapeshift form (Maul for the bear, for example) count towards this limit. Furthermore, the real numbers are going to change when patch 0.4 goes live.

For now, this list of Druid Skills in Path of Exile 2 should serve more as a demonstrative piece rather than a proper basis for theorycrafting your build.

Your can grow a shocking garden with your rain-dance talents (Image via GGG)
The following are the four known Skills in the Druidic repertoire that don't require any specific equipment (specifically, Talismans). Generally, Druids wield staves as GGG conceptualized it, but like most Spells, all non-Shapeshifting Skills here can be cast regardless of what main-hand/offhand equipment you got.

Other than the stats not being final on these Skills, we also don't know much about the Druid's fourth form, a fire-demon, obtainable through a Unique Talisman (distinct from the Demon form obtained thorugh Infernalist's Ascendancy tree).
As mentioned earlier, we'll only get to know the full stats (and which form is mathematically better) once Druid actually goes live alongside Path of Exile 2 patch 0.4.0. Until then, check out the two Ascendancies coming with this class:
