Notables in Path of Exile 2 are powerful nodes that can add a lot of utility to a build. Be it damage or defense, there’s one for everything, and all you need to do is assign it using the passive skill points. However, not everything is readily available, as you have a limited number of points. It’s where the Anoint feature comes in handy.

Using a combination of Liquid Emotions from Delirium League mechanics in Path of Exile 2, you can get a free Notable on your Amulet. It's the best way to get a node far away from your pathing.

While progressing in PoE 2, you may come across a Notable that provides massive benefits to your build. However, if it’s too far from the origin, you may not be able to reach it without disrupting the entire build or undergoing a complete respec that costs a sizeable amount of gold.

Note that despite a large number, not every Notable can be Anointed. An easy way to check is to search for 'CanInstill' in the passive tree. All the glowing nodes are the ones available to Anoint. To do so, select a Liquid Emotion and right-click on it to open a crafting window.

The choice isn’t permanent, and you can change it whenever, as per build requirements. However, to do so, you’ll need related Liquid Emotions. A few of the Liquid Emotions are rare drops. While you can get them at the Currency Exchange, they may cost a lot, so make sure you can afford to come back to the previous Anoint if the new one isn’t as good as you expected.
