Palfarm: Everything we know about the Palworld spin-off

Palfarm is an upcoming title in the Palworld universe. It’s a farming sim that features many aspects from the original game, such as monster collecting, base building, and management. While there are a lot of similar games, Pocketpair has made quite a reputation with Palword, and the spin-off comes after several requests from players who want an even more casual experience with Pals.

There’s currently no release date for the game, but considering the announcement came in late September 2025, Palfarm is likely to release it sometime next year. For now, here’s everything we know about the game.

Palfarm takes place on one of the many islands within the Palpagos archipelago, with changing seasons and Pals from the original game. With their help, you’ll collect various natural resources and start building your farm.

Compared to base-building and farming in Palworld, this game features a more refined crafting system with a larger variety of crops and other items. That’s because you’ll be buying a lot of raw materials and selling the final goods for profit to upgrade your farm.

The Pals you employ will have various talents. Some of them excel in farming, which will help you increase productivity and profit. Others specialize in defense, preventing rogue pals from destroying your crops. Hand them weapons, and they’ll be twice as efficient.

Over time, you’ll be able to transform a large part of the island and create a much larger community with NPC residents and vendors settling in. Through the journey, your Pals will always be there for you. However, the game also features several social aspects.

You can invite friends to build a farm together, as Palfarm will feature multiplayer options. Although, it hard so if the feature will work similar to Palworld or will be something new.

Here’s a quick highlight:

• Recruite Pals: Much like Palworld, Pals will help you survive on the island. The game will feature both existing and new ones for you to recruit to your team.
• Build a farm: All the work you’re doing will help improve your farm, transforming a barren area into someplace where you’d want to live. Upgrade and defend it to increase your community.
• Trade goods: The game features two types of markets. One where you’ll trade with Pals for farm goods. The other is where you’ll find weapons to defend yourself.
• Play with Friends: You can start your journey with a friend and split the work to speed up the process or take part in various open-world activities together.

The full scope of Palfarm is currently unknown. The release may include a lot more than Pocketpair lets on, and further improve the game with constant updates.
