The Twin Strikes is a unique glove with high offense-focused stats, available to the Barbarian class in Diablo 4. It is extremely useful for enhancing your Double Swing setup and allows you to adopt a fast-paced melee gameplay style. This item is best used in a build that has a high attack speed.
In this guide, we will break down how you can get the Twin Strikes unique glove in Diablo 4, and also explain its modifiers and unique effects.
Diablo 4: What are the Twin Strikes?
The Twin Strikes is a highly aggressive ancestral unique glove built specifically for the Barbarian class in Diablo 4. Its core effect revolves around empowering the Double Swing skill of the Barbarian.
Unique modifiers of the Twin Strikes

- +20.0% Attack Speed (up to +30.0% with mastercrafting)
- +20.0% Chance for Double Swing to Deal Double Damage (up to +30.0% with mastercrafting)
- +121 Strength (up to +182 with mastercrafting)
- +3 to Double Swing (up to +4 with mastercrafting)
These stats directly enhance the Double Swing skill by greatly increasing its attack speed while also granting a chance for it to deal double damage.
Unique effects of the Twin Strikes

- After Casting Double Swing 4 times, your Double Swing sweeps will each hit 2 additional times, dealing 140% [x] increased damage for 3 seconds.
This unique effect turns the Double Swing loop into a massive burst damage tool. This becomes extremely effective against strong elites and bosses.

How to get the Twin Strikes in Diablo 4
Unlike some unique items that are locked behind specific prerequisites, the Twin Strikes ancestral unique glove can be acquired from multiple sources in Diablo 4. While most of the drop sources are RNG-based, some offer a higher drop rate than others.
Can be acquired from boss hordes

The Twin Strikes item drops from four different endgame bosses in Diablo 4. These bosses consistently drop unique items when defeated, so farming them grants you the highest chance of acquiring the Twin Strikes.

Can be acquired randomly around the map and from world events
The Twin Strikes can randomly drop from regular or elite enemies; this drop rate is increased with higher World Tiers. Here are all the drop sources other than boss hordes:
- Random enemies and chests have a chance of dropping the Twin Strikes unique glove.
- Nightmare Dungeons: These dungeons have a higher concentration of regular and elite enemies and often reward you with unique items. This increases the chance of getting the Twin Strikes in Diablo 4, especially if you are playing at higher World Tiers.
- Gathering Legion events also have a higher chance of dropping unique items like the Twin Strikes.
- World Bosses usually drop at least one unique item when defeated, but are not recommended for target farming.
- Helltide Events: Such events have the highest drop chance for unique items among all the world events in Diablo 4. In these events, you collect Cinders from defeated enemies. Once you have collected enough, you can use them to open the Tortured Gift of Gloves. This allows you to target-farm specific gear pieces, giving you one of the most consistent farming sources besides boss hordes.

Use Obols to gamble at the Purveyor of Curiosities
If you have accumulated a lot of Obols, you can use them to gamble for specific gear pieces at the Purveyor of Curiosities NPC in Diablo 4. This method is extremely unreliable, and the item rarity varies between magic and unique, making the drop chance RNG-based. That said, if you have enough Obols for gambling, you might receive some decent gear and upgrade materials in the process.
