Near the spawn point of the Imperium Behemoths, you will find a mission-specific rifle. Look for heavy machinery scattered throughout the area, as the weapon typically spawns nearby.

Only the rifle can disrupt the Imperium Behemoths' shields. The weapon has two firing modes:

Projectile (high-impact) mode: This can be activated while aiming down sights. It deals massive damage but is useless against the Imperium Behemoths' shields.
Strand Tangle: The secondary firing mode launches a Strand Tangle projectile. This ability is the key to breaking the Imperium Behemoths' shields.
