Drew McIntyre was backstage at WWE SmackDown and said that Paul Heyman told him winning at Survivor Series: WarGames would get him unsuspended. Nick Aldis noted that he didn't care and sent him on his way before Cody attacked Drew, who ran off into a car and drove away.

Cody made his entrance to the ring and demanded that Aldis unsuspend Drew so that he could beat him in the ring. Cody called Drew a cockroach that needed to be stomped out before WWE SmackDown moved on.


Ciampa was still looking for a United States Championship match, but Carmelo Hayes told him to get back in line because he was next.

Damian Priest was in a promo talking about how Aleister Black brought Zelina Vega into their feud, so now, Priest was bringing in Rhea Ripley to even things out.

WWE SmackDown Results: Ilja Dragunov (c) vs. Carmelo Hayes - United States Championship match

The match started with the champ in control, and Hayes got a big boot before sending Dragunov to the floor. Back in the ring, the champ came back with a German Suplex before Hayes dodged Constantine Special.

Dragunov countered the Codebreaker, and Hayes got his knees up for the H Bomb before getting a big DDT. Ciampa showed up out of nowhere and distracted Hayes before the champ hit the Torpedo Moscow and the H Bomb for the win.

Result: Ilja Dragunov def. Carmelo Hayes to retain the United States Championship

Alexa Bliss and Charlotte were in a backstage interview and said that they were proud of each other for getting over things and cooperating at WarGames.

LA Knight was in an interview and said he was an unstoppable force and that Gunther would not be able to beat him tonight in the Last Time is Now Tournament.


WWE SmackDown Results: Alexa Bliss vs. Kairi Sane

Sane had the upper hand and landed a big shot to the knee early on, before Alexa slapped her in the face. Alexa got a big senton before Asuka interfered and tripped her up on the apron, and Sane rammed her into the barricades.

Alexa took a big elbow in the ring before trying for the Sister Abigail, but Asuka broke it up. Kairi got a near fall off the distraction before Flair stepped in. Sane missed the top rope finisher before Alexa caught her with the Sister Abigail DDT for the win.

Result: Alexa Bliss def. Kairi Sane

Lash Legend and Nia Jax showed up after the match and took Charlotte and Alexa out before attacking the Kabukis as well, and holding up the tag title belts.

Cody Rhodes was meeting with Nick Aldis backstage before Oba Femi and Ricky Saints from NXT showed up. Rhodes said that the winner between the two NXT stars would get to face Cody at Saturday Night's Main Event next week.


Nia Jax and Lash Legend were backstage and said that the Kabukis deserved the beatdown as revenge for Asuka hitting the mist on Legend. They would be coming for the tag titles, and there was nothing anyone could do to stop them.

WWE SmackDown Results: Alba Fyre vs. Jade Cargill

Chelsea Green caused a distraction and allowed Fyre to take control early with a Frankensteiner. Kiana James and Giulia caused a distraction and attacked Green at ringside before Fyre was distracted and took the spinning spinebuster, followed by the pump kick and the Jaded before Cargill got the win.

Result: Jade Cargill def. Alba Fyre

Ilja Dragunov finally agreed to give Ciampa his title match next week before SmackDown moved on.


Solo and the MFT were out next, and Sikoa said that now that they had taken down Sami Zayn, they could focus on the Wyatt Sicks and Uncle Howdy. Solo said he was going to take everything away from Howdy because he can, and because he "Bo-lieves".

The screen went dark, and Wyatt Sicks showed up at ringside with Howdy sneaking up behind Solo again. The two teams started brawling, and even Nikki Cross got involved before Talla Tonga sent Lumis and Gacy outside the ring.

Talla and Rowan, the two big guys, started brawling, and Tonga was sent outside before the MFT retreated.


We learnt that Sol Ruca from NXT will face Bayley at Saturday Night's Main Event.


WWE SmackDown Results: Gunther vs. LA Knight

Gunthe dodged and early BFT before taking a beating from Knight. The Megastar took a boot and a big clothesline before coming back with a neckbreaker for a near fall. Gunther went for the sleeper hold before Knight sent him outside and hit a big dive.

Knight got a neckbreaker before Gunther caught him in the sleeper hold. The hold was broken before Knight hit the Attitude Adjustment and the Burning Hammer for a near fall. Knight got the back suplex for another near fall before Gunther got the dropkick.

Gunther took an elbow drop before Knight missed the powerbomb and took a splash. Gunther kicked out of the BFT before locking in the sleeper hold once more, before it was transitioned into a Cravat, and Knight kicked out!

With that, Gunther celebrated his win, and WWE SmackDown went off the air.
