Triple H may have subtly leaked the Women’s WarGames Match result ahead of Survivor Series

Under Triple H's creative leadership, booking patterns are rarely accidental. For decades, WWE has adhered to certain unspoken rules of momentum and psychology heading into major events. One of the most consistent and widely acknowledged tropes is the go-home show curse. The superstar or team that stands tall or gets the last laugh on the final show before a premium live event mostly loses at that event.

It is a classic piece of misdirection designed to protect the surprise and pop the crowd when the supposed favorites are ultimately defeated. Given this tradition, Triple H may have subtly leaked the outcome of the Women's WarGames for Survivor Series 2025. The heel team is expected to emerge triumphant inside the double-caged steel structure in San Diego this weekend.

WWE hosted the final edition of RAW before Survivor Series this week from Oklahoma City. Both teams from the Women's WarGames match were involved in an intense brawl on the show. However, it was Team Ripley that had the last laugh as they were standing tall in the ring. WWE showcased the heel team as the underdog heading into the annual spectacle.

If that was not enough of an indication, the go-home edition of SmackDown doubled the chances of the heel team's victory at the PLE. It is because Becky Lynch's squad lost the WarGames Advantage Match on the final episode of the blue brand. WWE wouldn't show them so weak consecutively unless victory is waiting to embrace them at Survivor Series: WarGames.

Triple H has spent the last three years proving he is a master of dropping subtle hints, aligning with certain unspoken rules. When a pattern is followed too perfectly, it is often because WWE wants the fans to expect the predictable outcome only to surprise them. When the babyfaces look too strong in the final week and get every piece of momentum, they ultimately fail.

Triple H may have teased a WrestleMania 42 match from Survivor Series: WarGames build

Survivor Series: WarGames is considered the last major premium live event before the Royal Rumble. And Royal Rumble officially kicks off the Road to WrestleMania. Although The Show of Shows is still several months away, Triple H may have started to drop subtle hints about certain feuds and matches.

One such match The Game may have teased for WrestleMania 42 is Becky Lynch vs. AJ Lee. The two women have been engaged in a heated rivalry since the pre-Wrestlepalooza period this year. This storyline has taken an interesting turn ahead of Survivor Series, as both have once again crossed paths.

The Triple H-led creative team has been featuring Lee and Lynch in the same storyline against each other for the Women's WarGames Match. Besides, the former Divas Champion also cost Big Time Becks the Women's Intercontinental Championship, adding a new layer to their blockbuster feud.

WWE wouldn't have showcased their rivalry extensively if there were no plans to do a singles clash between them down the line. Therefore, Triple H may be sowing the seeds of a marquee match between AJ Lee and Becky Lynch for WrestleMania 42 with the help of the Women's WarGames Match.
