WWE Survivor Series: WarGames is just a few weeks away, and the creative team has gone all out to build up a great match-up for the show. That said, it now appears that there's only one way a former world champion could bounce back ahead of the upcoming WarGames Match.

Damian Priest is the former world champion in question. He has been embroiled in a heated rivalry with Aleister Black over the past few weeks on SmackDown. This storyline developed after Priest ended his feud with Drew McIntyre at Saturday Night's Main Event on May 24.

This week on RAW, the 43-year-old lost to Rusev in the first round of John Cena's Last Time is Now Tournament, leaving the audience disappointed. Given that fans are dissatisfied with the former World Heavyweight Champion's performance so far this year, especially his early exit in the tournament, many are now suggesting that he needs a heel turn to bounce back ahead of WarGames.

One of the most effective ways the creative team could pull the trigger on this move would be by having Damian Priest embrace his sinister side and join forces with The Vision. He could then become the fourth member of the heel team, joining Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Logan Paul for the Men's WarGames Match.

Priest has previously found success as a heel during his time with The Judgment Day. Hence, the heels could benefit from working with him in San Diego, California.

However, while this angle might sound convincing, it is speculative, and nothing in this regard has been confirmed.

Roman Reigns could join The Vision ahead of WarGames

If the above scenario plays out, it appears that there is only one person who could complete the heel team for the Men's WarGames Match: Roman Reigns.

The OTC has been absent from the squared circle since losing to Bronson Reed in an Australian Street Fight at Crown Jewel: Perth after interference from Bron Breakker and The Usos. Since Reigns has been advertised for Survivor Series: WarGames, it now appears that his return is on the horizon.

In a massive turn of events, Roman Reigns might turn heel and join forces with The Vision upon his potential return. Considering that the heels have yet to find a suitable replacement for Seth Rollins, Paul Heyman might go behind the scenes to reconcile with Reigns and finally convince him to join his group and take over the leadership of the faction.

The OTC has achieved notable success working with Heyman in the past. Given that their series was exciting to fans, the creative team might consider repeating the storyline and having Reigns join the star-studded squad in San Diego, California.

If this happens, the former Head of the Table may enter into a compelling program with CM Punk after the upcoming showdown. This could then set the stage for a blockbuster World Heavyweight Championship match as part of a blockbuster storyline.

However, while this angle is far-fetched, it seems impossible. Fans will have to wait and see what plans the Triple H-led creative team has in store for the upcoming premium live event.
