RVD tweets photos of injury after Money In The Bank

First it was CM Punk , now its WWE superstar Rob Van Dam, who tweeted the following pictures after his Money In The Bank ladder match last night in Philadelphia. Van Dam made an impressive return to the ring and was highly appreciated by the crowd. However, he too suffered a head injury, like Punk, during the course of the match.
