WWE Superstar Rhea Ripley is currently out of action due to an injury she sustained during a match. The Eradicator could reportedly be replaced by a fellow RAW star for a major upcoming event.
The former Women's World Champion suffered a broken nose while competing in a Fatal Four-Way Match at WWE SuperShow Japan on October 18. Ripley, IYO SKY, and Raquel Rodriguez were challenging for Stephanie Vaquer's title in the said match. The Aussie has been away from action ever since.
In the most recent edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer reported that Rhea Ripley was expected to be in the 2025 Women's WarGames Match. However, given her injury, Mami could get replaced by the current Women's World Champion Stephanie Vaquer.
"[Rhea] Ripley was going to be there. I don't know if she's going to make it on time because she broke her nose. So Stephanie Vaquer is probably going to be in there," said Meltzer. [H/T: WrestlingInc]

Neither Rhea Ripley nor WWE has issued any statement regarding the nose injury. It remains to be seen how much longer it takes for the former member of The Judgment Day to return to in-ring action. In the meantime, her and IYO SKY's rivals, The Kabuki Warriors, have already moved forward and are all set to challenge for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship later tonight on Monday Night RAW.
Wrestling veteran pushes for Rhea Ripley to go after major WWE championship on the Road to WrestleMania
Jade Cargill put forth a dominating performance after turning heel to dethrone Tiffany Stratton as the new WWE Women's Champion at the latest edition of Saturday Night's Main Event. Wrestling veteran Matt Morgan was impressed with The Storm's win.
He posted an X/Twitter update after the match to congratulate Jade Cargill on winning her first singles title in WWE. He pushed for the wrestling promotion to book her like a dominant star similar to Goldberg back in the day. Morgan further proposed that Rhea Ripley should go after Jade Cargill's championship at WrestleMania 42.
"Let’s go!!! Huge congrats to my friend @Jade_Cargill for winning the women’s championship tonight at #SNME!! This girl has put in so much work to get here that It’s not even funny! Now? Wwe needs to make her go on a Goldberg type of DOMINATE RUN, and have Rhea chase her for the title come mania imho. So proud of you sis!💪💪," Morgan tweeted.
The two stars are currently on different brands. It will be intriguing to see if WWE has Rhea Ripley move over to SmackDown and challenge Jade Cargill for her title going into WrestleMania 42.
