Liv Morgan has been on an injury hiatus from WWE for a while, but there might be some good news for the star heading into WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
A while back, WWE began to create promotional material for WrestleMania's return to Nevada in 2026. The first teaser featured Triple H, Paul Heyman, Brock Lesnar, Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, and CM Punk. A while later, the company shot another promo featuring the women on the main roster.
Earlier this week, WWE launched the second promo, which featured Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Rhea Ripley, IYO SKY, Tiffany Stratton, and Jade Cargill. According to PWInsider Elite, Liv Morgan, who hasn't competed for the weekly product since June 2025, has shot promotional material for the event in Nevada.
Brock Lesnar's retirement date leaked? Check the details!
The footage will be used when the former Women's World Champion returns to the weekly product, which is most likely in 2026. The report has arguably provided good news to the fans of the 31-year-old RAW star, and the multi-time Women's Tag Team Champion may have been training for an in-ring return.
Did Liv Morgan secretly return to WWE following her injury?
Earlier this month, WWE hosted one of the biggest Monday Night RAWs of the year when the management booked the show in Madison Square Garden. AJ Lee, Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, and many more were on the show, and fans highly appreciated the episode from the red brand.
However, speculations arose that The Judgment Day's Liv Morgan was backstage and she's ready to return to the ring. Later, PWInsider reported that Morgan was never backstage and wasn't scheduled for the show, as she's still rehabbing her injured shoulder following the match with Kairi Sane in June 2025.
The 31-year-old star is on the road to recovery, and she recently filmed promotional material for WrestleMania 42 in Nevada. This indicates that the former Women's World Champion will be ready in the coming months and will most likely perform at the event in Las Vegas.
