Jey Uso is on the verge of turning heel once again in WWE. The former World Heavyweight Champion is going through a tough phase in the company since losing his title to Gunther in June this year. Since then, Jey has lost some big matches, which have left him utterly frustrated.
The recent setback came after he lost the semi-final match of The Last Time is Now tournament against LA Knight on RAW. This was Jey's last chance to elevate himself on the roster and face John Cena in a match at Saturday Night's Main Event (SNME) later this year. Before this, Jey had lost the Survivor Series: WarGames match. And at SNME last month, he lost the World Heavyweight Championship match to CM Punk.
After his loss to Knight, Jey was seen angry, and he vented out his frustration by throwing things around the ringside. He walked away in a sullen mood and didn't say anything.
Many WWE fans believe that The Yeet Master might be on the verge of turning heel once again. It makes sense because after a successful babyface run for almost two years, Jey has stopped getting benefits from his character run.

In this listicle, we will list 5 things that could happen if Jey Uso turns heel.
#5 Jey Uso vs. Roman Reigns for Ula Fala at WrestleMania 42
If Jey turns heel, he is most likely to first target Roman Reigns. Jey had earlier clashed against Roman Reigns at SummerSlam 2023, but then, it was a babyface Jey, fighting a heel Roman Reigns. It would be the opposite scenario this time.
Further, Jey's disgust with Roman Reigns can arise over the latter's position in the company right now. Although Reigns is no longer the WWE Champion, he is still the Head of the Table. He still commands the same respect and aura he had when he was the champion. And the best part, he has the Ula Fala with him, which he won from Solo Sikoa in January this year.
Jey can attack The OTC1 on RAW, and then ask him to give the Ula Fala to him. The two can then go back and forth with this rivalry, and finally clash at WrestleMania 42.
#4 He becomes the OTC 2
Although Jey hasn't spoken against Roman Reigns in recent times and has rather praised him, he can swerve after all these recent losses and humiliations. He can go to the extent of declaring himself as the OTC 2, calling himself the real owner of the red necklace.
Moreover, Roman recently gave an earful to Jimmy and Jey Uso for costing him the match against Bronson Reed at Wrestlepalooza. Jey Uso, by accident, had speared Roman Reigns into the announce table. This allowed Bronson Reed to capitalize and win the match.
The OTC1 charged at The Usos for hurting him in the match. Jey Uso can say that he respected Reigns, but that dressing down in front of the fans made him bitter against him. Thus, he can declare himself as the OTC 2, and once again start another rivalry with The Tribal Chief.
#3 The Usos part ways
Jey Uso will definitely part ways with his brother Jimmy Uso after turning heel. Things haven't been good between the two lately. Jimmy Uso has been giving sermons to Jey time and again for going off track. Jey, on the other hand, has been turning a deaf ear to all that Big Jim has been saying.
Jey's lust for a title has increased so much that he eliminated Jimmy in the Battle Royal match a few weeks back. Since Seth Rollins had vacated the title, the RAW GM, Adam Pearce, had announced a Battle Royal to determine CM Punk's opponent. The two fought as a unit in the initial minutes, but with the match reaching its conclusion, Jey cunningly eliminated Jimmy.
Big Jim was left frowning at his brother's move, but didn't act. And if Jey turns heel, Jimmy shall once again part ways with his brother.
#2 Rikishi returns as his manager
Rikishi can also return as Jey Uso's manager if the latter turns heel. The Hall of Famer might have been longing to do this. Rikishi slammed the WWE creative team for making his son drop the gold within three months of winning it at WrestleMania 41.
"Either somebody's taking too much Tylenol PM, that's writing this s**t, or you need to stay off the d**m Tylenol PM," Rikishi had said.
Therefore, when Jey turns heel, Rikishi would accept his decision with full support. He may return to the promotion to lead his son's second heel turn in WWE. The last time Rikishi was seen in the promotion was in 2020 at Survivor Series, during The Undertaker's retirement ceremony. If he comes back now, it would be a return after five years.
#1 Jey Uso aligns himself with The Rock to dethrone Cody Rhodes
Jey Uso can also up his game in his heel turn by aligning with The Rock and going after Cody Rhodes. This would be a win-win situation for both Jey Uso and The Rock.
The Rock had chosen John Cena as his corporate champion, but Cena lost the gold at SummerSlam and subsequently turned babyface. While The Rock hasn't commented on Cena, he will certainly be looking for another superstar to become his corporate guy and go after Cody Rhodes.
Jey Uso could be that guy. The two can shake hands to ultimately remove Cody Rhodes as the Undisputed WWE Champion.
